This mural was in collaboration with the Columbus Parks and Recreation Department as well as the non profit, Catalyst Columbus. The unusual surface - a park shelter ceiling, creates an immersive design experience. As guests walk underneath the shelter they are transported to another world. The design is intended to exemplify my own feelings about nature, as I often seek out nature for tranquility and peace.

This mural is located at Hauntz Park on the west side of Columbus, as part of a massive revitalization project. The mural stands as a small piece of a larger mission, to provide safe and clean parks to the city of Columbus.
